I am still strugling with my ADD and procrastination problem. They trouble me big time. I am trying to get hold of my mind. Doing all kind of things to get the rythm I need to prepare for USMLE but the harder I try the more I lose. May be it sounds stupid but it is the truth. There should be some way out and hopefully I will find it. I am out of clinical practice for long time now. Anyway will be in touch with you and everyone on your forum Thanks askdoc.
